Best board retreat ever! I have organized several board retreats in the past, but this was by far the easiest and best. Jackie helped board members look beyond the organization and answer the personal question of, “Why am I on this board?” Answering this question opened the door for building trust and better communication for our board. Jackie’s enthusiasm is contagious.
